How would you describe Journey Of A Masked Couple - The Adventure Begins to a new reader?
  • It's a fantasy adventure and action series. The book has a plotline revolving around lead characters who not only have to handle there own problems but also come across a parallel universe where they learn magical powers and also fight evil in both the worlds.
What was the inspiration behind Journey Of A Masked Couple ?
  • y professors in college when I was taking writing classes did suggest I should write a book seeing me able to capture the audience in group discussions. It’s been 5 years since I graduated with Bachelors in graphic design and this idea of book was in the back of my mind since then. The job struggle went on for 3 years and finally I decided to start writing my book in May 2019 on weekends.
Which authors do you admire? How have they influenced your writing style?
  • I read literature books that are really old and it's tough at times to know who is the author.
Can you tell us a little about the locations in your book?
  • The locations are all imaginary however there are 2 worlds where the lead characters have to fight demons and bad guys.
What advice would you give to aspiring authors?
  • Just go for it. Open a word file and just get it all out.
What's your writing process?
  • Write down a rough draft first chapter wise for the whole book and then go to word for detail writing.
Which character in Journey Of A Masked Couple has had the greatest impact on readers?
  • surprisingly upto now, its the friends who help the lead characters.
If Journey Of A Masked Couple were to be adapted for TV or film, who would you see in the lead role? Who did you have in your mind’s eye when you wrote him/her?
  • The lead characters are young teenagers so anyone can really play the roles.
How have readers responded to Journey Of A Masked Couple?
  • They have liked it so far and awaiting reviews from my last free giveaway.
Where next? What are you working on now?
  • The second book for this series as the story is no where close to complete.

Synopsis

A cold murder of Arya and Annika characters parents in the heat of the night by a mob of demons.

A fantasy story revolving around teen young adult characters Arya and Annika. Fate brings them together at a very young age and starts an action adventure of a lifetime for the characters. A Journey they can’t refuse.
The trials start from a young tender age of four as they witness their parents getting slaughtered brutally by demons. From that moment, they begin a journey of survival and revenge. As they enter teens, a parallel universe opens up, which gives them access to a world in the parallel universe. Here they meet a couple Martanda and Mhalsa, who becomes their guardian teachers. Arya and Annika have to train, learn survival skills, and also last but not least, learn how to handle celestial weapons. On their journey, they also find a bunch of loyal friends who help them in the fight against evil powers. They have an army of demons attacking them, and in this process, they fall upon more clues on who probably killed their parents.
The demons raise the stakes by endangering civilians to capture the
lead characters not knowing their identities. It has to be seen if Arya and Annika can save the civilians as well as protect their secret masked identities.
