How would you describe <Fatal Error> to a new reader?
- This is a suspenful mystery how we might live in the future. Androids are commonplace from cleaning homes to street sweeping. Based on an actual occurrence, this is the story of how a cover-up can go deadly wrong.
What was the inspiration behind <Fatal Error> ?
- an event in the author's life.
Which authors do you admire? How have they influenced your writing style?
- Isaac Asimov and Agatha Christie
Can you tell us a little about the locations in your book?
- The crime takes place in the 25th century on Earth. From there it progresses to a colony on Mars.
What advice would you give to aspiring authors?
- Read as much as you can and if you write anything - SAVE it.
What's your writing process?
- If I don't have life tasks to do, I start after Breakfast, eat lunch, and quit around 5:00pm. My time in the evening is my time to watch crime stories.
Which character in <Fatal Error> has had the greatest impact on readers?
- Detective Alex Blackhawk from Arizona. Once he sets his mind on a job, he continues until its finished.
If <Fatal Error> were to be adapted for TV or film, who would you see in the lead role? Who did you have in your mind’s eye when you wrote him/her?
- He'd have to have native american blood, preferably Navajo, in his 30s or 40s. He's strong and easy going

- I just finished my latest Book, Eye of the Throne, a YA science fiction and will start my next cozy mystery in my UF series.
Synopsis
When a terrorist tries to destroy the evidence to hide a nine year old crime in the 25th century, Detective Alex Blackhawk join forces with the spaceship crew to find the killer as they rocket toward the red planet. Robotic androids are commonplace in the 25th century, functioning no more than a tool. Sometimes they ‘see’ more than they should.
