- My boyhood, where my parental leash was almost non-existent

Can you tell us a little about the locations in your book?
- The lush Niagara Peninsula. A large industrial park existed beside the the Union Carbide plant. It was our playground despite the fence around it and 'keep out' signs,
What advice would you give to aspiring authors?
- Don't think about someday writing--write. The hard work is editing. Join a writers group for feedback
Could you talk a little about your writing process?
- My story chapters are treated like acts and scenes in a stage play. Much of it is worked out in my head before being written
Which character has had the greatest impact on readers?
- Squirt is an unassuming boy who must rise to the occasion when his best friend is in trouble, captured by a gang.

Synopsis
Three friends face off against a rival gang in a suspenseful story of integrity, bravery, and friendship in a territorial battle.
