  • The lush Niagara Peninsula. The area has huge trees perfect for treehouses

  • Write write write. Edit edit edit. Join a writers group to get feedback. If Eric Clapton would have stayed alone in his basement playing guitar...
Could you talk a little about your writing process?
  • My story chapters are treated like acts and scenes in a stage play. Much of it is worked out in my head before being written
Which character has had the greatest impact on readers?
  • Squirt, because he's smart and tends to calm down his hot head friend Bill
If the book were to be adapted for TV or film, who would you see in the lead role? Who did you have in your mind’s eye ?
  • Squirt is an unassuming boy trying to keep his brave friend in check by suggesting smarter ways to do things. He's also in RANSOM
  • Good but why are so few readers hesitant to post? Reviews are the lifeblood of authors
